The radius es una plataforma de radio experimental situada en Chicago, su episodio 33 está dedicado a mi (re)mezcla de obras propias "(Trying to) Learn Kobaïan in 15 Days"

 "Intentar aprender Kobaïan en 15 días es cómo intentar resumir mi propio trabajo en 30 minutos, muy dificil o quizás imposible. Cuando empecé a componer una mezcla de mi trabajo, tras varios intentos estaba bastante descontento con el resultado, el problema era simple, algunos de esos trabajo provenian de otros enfoques de búsqueda y creación , por lo que comencé a rehacer esos trabajos, remezclándolos, mezclándolos entre si, modificándolos, aprendiendo a escucharlos de otra forma e intentando crear algo nuevo. No sé si el resultado es lo suficientemente bueno, en cualquier caso siempre puedes escuchar algo de Magma (¡¡nunca te decepcionaran!!)"

Radius is an experimental radio broadcast platform based in Chicago, IL, USA and Radius Episode 33 host my remix "(Trying To) Learn Kobaïan In 15 Days".

 Statement:

Jorge Marredo claims that trying to sum up his work in the span of 30 minutes is like Trying To Learn Kobaïan In 15 Days; very difficult or maybe impossible. Kobaïan is the language of Kobaïa, a fictional planet and lyrical language created by French musician Christian Vander. Marredo began to compose a mix of his work and, after many attempts, was unsatisfied with the result; the problem was simply that some of these works were from another state of searching and creation. Instead of simply putting the work together, he began to actually rework his own works: mixing, modifying, learning to listen to them from another perspective, and trying to create something different. He doesn’t know if the result is good enough. He claims that if it’s not, you can always listen to Christian Vander’s Magma (they never let you down).
