Mi obra "Voz, tambor y ensayo" en la Bienal de Radio de Sao Paulo 2012 // My work "Voz, tambor y ensayo" at the Biennal 2012 of Sao Paulo

Classwar Karaoke: Classwar Karaoke - 0020 Survey

                                                    =========================

Founded in 2008, Classwar Karaoke is a label dedicated to the release of experimental music and short-films; principally, by means of a series of ongoing quarterly surveys, made available via sites such as internet archive, myspace, discogs, youtube, lastfm, facebook, sonic squirrel, reverbnation, soundcloud etc., under Creative Commons license 3.0 (...) The Surveys published so far feature artists from all over the world; and the material in toto represents significant documentation of the experimental scene itself. Involvement in the project has helped spawn many fruitful collaborations, live-shows and a vibrant exchange of ideas; so much so that, for several repeat-participants, Classwar Karaoke is as much a collective as it is a community and also a mechanism for the release of new material.

117 participating acts, with 108 pieces of music and 23 short-films. No more musical chairs. Please be nice to one another. 0020 survey is dedicated to the memory of Robert Chrysler. My track is the 83rd and it's called Orgasmo Equivocado (Wrong Orgasm) and it's made exclusive with manipulated orgasms. You can hear it on the next link or in the compilation's site

The Radius Episode 33: Satisfacción Lab

                                               =================================
Radius is an experimental radio broadcast platform based in Chicago, IL, USA and Radius Episode 33 host my remix "(Trying To) Learn Kobaïan In 15 Days".

 Statement:
Jorge Marredo claims that trying to sum up his work in the span of 30 minutes is like Trying To Learn Kobaïan In 15 Days; very difficult or maybe impossible. Kobaïan is the language of Kobaïa, a fictional planet and lyrical language created by French musician Christian Vander. Marredo began to compose a mix of his work and, after many attempts, was unsatisfied with the result; the problem was simply that some of these works were from another state of searching and creation. Instead of simply putting the work together, he began to actually rework his own works: mixing, modifying, learning to listen to them from another perspective, and trying to create something different. He doesn’t know if the result is good enough. He claims that if it’s not, you can always listen to Christian Vander’s Magma (they never let you down).
